Teenagers in critical condition after scooter collision

Two teenagers are in a critical condition in hospital after being involved in a collision with a car in Sheffield. 

The 18-year-old scooter driver and 16-year-old passenger are in a stable condition despite suffering major injuries at the junction of Manor Oaks Place and Outram Road in Wybourn.

Police want to identify the driver of a silver Volkswagen Golf which was involved in the collision which happened just before 5pm on Monday.

A police spokesperson said: “We are particularly keen to hear from those with dash-cam footage.”
