Hillsborough Exchange shopping centre is to go to auction and sell for the guide price of £2.25 million.
The shopping centre on Middlewood Road, which is 91,933 square-foot in size, comes 98% let to tenants which includes she shop spaces belonging to brands including Boots, Superdrug, Wilkinsons, Home Bargains Holland and Barrett, and Specsavers.
Peter Mayo of Acuitus, a real estate auctioneering company who are arranging the auction, said: “Hillsborough Exchange is a well-occupied shopping centre.
“It benefits from excellent transport links with two tram stops which provide access to and from Sheffield.”
A spokesperson for Acuitus, said that the shopping centre brings in a gross annual income of £823,379. The Exchange has a total of 27 units and four kiosks. the property also has a rooftop customer car park that is comprised over 100 spaces and can be accessed via Procter Place.
The auction is due to take place on 25th March, and interested buyers can submit bids by telephone or online.
